Purchased a DEFY Mask but it’s not displayed in app
Please pick and try following the steps below:
- Please make sure your Mask is in the wallet connected to the DEFY app.
- If your Mask/s are not displayed after setting up your account please wait 1-2 hours as masks are synced in the app every hour.

- Please make sure your Mask is in the wallet connected to the DEFY app.
- Load the DEFY app.
- On the home screen click on the Mask you already have displayed.
- Click Refresh Masks From Wallet button.
- This should now display any Mask you added into your wallet.
