App not behaving as expected?
Please try completing the troubleshooting steps below in the order presented. These may fix your issue or help narrow down the problem you are experiencing.
Restart the App
Simply close the app and reopen the app. Please ensure that the app is closed, not just minimised. Please follow the steps below (steps may vary depending on device):
- Along the navigation bar (three buttons along the button) click the button on the left.
- Then click Close all.
- Reopen DEFY: Join the Revolution! app.
Restart your Device
Restarting a device can resolve a wide range of technical issues. If the app is still not working as expected after restarting, please move on to the next troubleshooting step.
Update and Relaunch
Making sure your Device is up to date
Please follow the steps below (steps may vary depending on device):
- Open your device Settings.
- Scroll down and click Software update.
- Click Download and install.
Making sure the App is up to date
Please follow the steps below:
- Open Google Play on your device.
- Click on your Profile.
- Click on Manage apps and devices.
- Click on Updates available.
- Scroll down to see any pending updates for DEFY: Join the Revolution!
- Update the App if available.
Check your Internet Connection
Ensure your device is connected to a reliable data connection while playing the App. If you do have issues try switching your internet source to Wifi from 4G or 4G from Wifi.
Clear app Data and Cache
Clearing the app’s data and cache could resolve temporary issues. Please follow the steps below (steps may vary depending on device):
- Open your device Settings.
- Scroll down and click Apps.
- Scroll down and click DEFY: Join the Revolution!
- Click Storage.
- Clear Data and Clear Cache.
Uninstall and Reinstall
Delete the DEFY: Join the Revolution! app and reinstall the latest official version from the Google Play Store or from our Homepage. You game progress will not be lost as all progress is saved online. Just simply use the same login details.
